Refund Policy

This policy covers Pro and Creator plans bought on this website. Tonefy AI is operated by Ahumuza Fitlife Solutions, a sole proprietorship registered in Uganda (URSB registration no. 80043893223863), Muliro Zone, Luwero Central, Luwero Town Council, Luweero District, Uganda.

How website plans work

• A website plan is a single payment, in the currency shown on the plans page, for 30 days of Pro or Creator.
• It never renews by itself. You are only charged when you choose to pay again.
• Payments are processed by Flutterwave, by mobile money or card. We never see your card number or your mobile money PIN.

When we refund in full

• You were charged but your plan did not start, and we cannot switch it on for you.
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase. We refund the extra payments.
• You change your mind within 7 days of paying and have not yet made a video with the plan.

Outside these cases a plan is not refunded for the days left in its 30 days, but it stays active until its end date.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] with the email address of your Tonefy AI account and the payment reference from your Flutterwave receipt. We reply within 3 business days. An approved refund goes back to the same card or mobile money number through Flutterwave; it usually arrives within 10 business days, depending on your bank or mobile money provider. When a refund is made, the plan it paid for ends.

Plans bought in the Android app

Subscriptions bought inside the Tonefy AI app are sold and billed by Google Play, and their refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. You can request one from your Google Play account.
