This page explains how to delete the data Tonefy AI holds about you, including the data we receive when you connect a Facebook Page or an Instagram account. Tonefy AI is operated by Ahumuza Fitlife Solutions, a sole proprietorship registered in Uganda (URSB registration no. 80043893223863).
We do not read your messages, your followers, or any content we did not publish for you, and we never post without you pressing Post (or scheduling a post yourself).
In the Tonefy AI app, open Profile → Connect Accounts and tap Disconnect next to the Facebook Page or Instagram account. We delete its access token from our servers immediately and ask Facebook to revoke Tonefy AI’s access.
In the app, open Profile → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently deletes your account, your profile, your videos, your scheduled posts, and every connected social account’s access token. It cannot be undone.
Removing the app stops Tonefy AI from using your account at once. To also have the data we stored deleted, use Option 1 or 2 in the app, or email us as below.
If you cannot use the app, email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request” from the email address you use to sign in to Tonefy AI. We will delete your data within 30 days and reply to confirm when it is done.
Posts that Tonefy AI already published to your Facebook Page or Instagram account belong to that account. Deleting your Tonefy data does not remove them; delete them in Facebook or Instagram if you want them gone.
