Please read these Terms carefully before using Tonefy AI. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms govern your access to and use of Tonefy AI, including the mobile application, website at https://tonefy-ai.fitlifesolutions.site, and all related services, operated by Ahumuza Fitlife Solutions (a sole proprietorship registered with the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) under registration no. 80043893223863).
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or 16 where required by local law) and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Tonefy AI is operated from our registered place of business: Muliro Zone, Luwero Central, Luwero Town Council, Luweero District, Uganda. Our services are available globally.

You must create an account to use most features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
Each person may maintain only one Tonefy AI account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits or bans is prohibited.
To post content on your behalf, you must connect your social media accounts through each platform's official authentication flow. By connecting an account, you authorise Tonefy AI to act as your agent for the specific actions described in our Privacy Policy.
Your use of connected platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn) remains subject to each platform's own terms and community guidelines. Tonefy AI is not responsible for content removals, account suspensions, or penalties imposed by third-party platforms.
Tonefy AI uses YouTube API Services to upload videos you create in the app to the YouTube channel you connect. By connecting a YouTube account and using this feature, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of your information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We request only the youtube.upload scope, upload videos solely at your direction, and access nothing else on your channel. You can disconnect at any time in the app, or revoke access directly at your Google account permissions.
Tonefy AI uses TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API. TikTok's terms of service apply to any content you post through our app to TikTok. We may be required to revoke API access in compliance with TikTok's policies.
You may disconnect any social media account at any time in the app's Profile settings. We will immediately cease posting to that platform and delete stored credentials for that account.
In compliance with TikTok's Developer Terms and App Review Guidelines:
user.info.basic and video.uploadTonefy AI uses the official APIs of Meta (Facebook Pages and Instagram), Pinterest and LinkedIn solely to publish, at your direction, the videos you create in the app to the account you connect — a video to your Facebook Page, a Reel to your Instagram, a Pin to your Pinterest board, or a post to your LinkedIn profile. We request only the permissions needed to post and to read your basic profile, and access nothing else. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms (Meta Platform Terms, Pinterest Terms, LinkedIn API Terms), and each may reject content or revoke API access under its policies. You can disconnect any of them at any time in the app's Profile settings, which deletes the stored credentials and stops all posting to that account.
You retain ownership of all original content you create using Tonefy AI. By using the Service, you grant Tonefy AI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing and ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws or platform guidelines.
The Tonefy AI app, website, logo, design, and underlying technology are owned by Ahumuza Fitlife Solutions and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve our products.
Tonefy AI offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers (Pro and Creator). Current pricing is displayed in the app. Some features are available only on paid tiers — in particular, publishing and scheduling videos to connected social media accounts (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn) is a Pro and Creator feature. Free accounts can create and edit videos and connect accounts, but posting requires a paid plan. The specific limits of each tier (credits, video length, resolution, watermark, and posting) are shown in the app and may change.
Plans bought inside the Android app are subscriptions sold and billed by Google Play, in advance, on a monthly or annual basis, and renew until you cancel them in Google Play.
Plans bought on our website are single payments for 30 days, charged in the currency shown on the plans page for your country, processed by Flutterwave by card and, where available, mobile money or bank transfer. They never renew by themselves.
You may cancel a Google Play subscription at any time in Google Play; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. A website plan needs no cancelling. Refunds for website plans are set out in our Refund Policy. Apart from that policy, we do not refund partial periods, except where required by law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies — always review before publishing.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AHUMUZA FITLIFE SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ahumuza Fitlife Solutions from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Profile settings.
Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration where enforceable, otherwise in courts of competent jurisdiction.
Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before taking effect.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ahumuza Fitlife Solutions regarding the Service.
